01. Fair use

GTO MAX AI is a coaching and study tool. Use it where real-time assistance is allowed: study sessions, replays, home games, play-money tables and private clubs whose rules permit it. Most online poker sites forbid real-time assistance tools in their terms and can close your account. Check the rules of the site, club or venue you play at; you are responsible for complying with them. Do not use the service for collusion, automated play or to evade a platform's restrictions.

02. Other players' consent

You confirm that everyone at the table you read has agreed to you using a coaching tool, or that the game's rules allow it. Consent from other players does not override a platform's rules.

03. No responsibility for financial loss

Advice is generated automatically from what the application reads on your screen and can be wrong, late or incomplete. Solver output rests on range and sizing assumptions; opponent models rest on samples that can be small; AI reasoning can be mistaken. Every decision and every wager is yours alone. GTO MAX AI and its operator are not responsible for any loss, account action, ban or other consequence of your play. No winnings, improvement or uninterrupted service are promised. Poker can result in financial loss.

04. Legal use

You are of legal age to play where you are, and you use the application only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for the laws, age limits and platform rules that apply to you. If permission is unclear, do not use the coach during play.

05. Accounts, trials and payment

Access is personal and may not be shared, lent or resold. Trials and subscriptions are arranged on Telegram (@GTOMAXAI) and paid as agreed there, in crypto; a payment is confirmed on chain before access is extended, and renewals are added to the current end date. Access can be paused or ended for breach of these terms; a paid period ended for breach is not refunded. Payments buy access for the agreed period and are otherwise non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise. A daily allowance of AI usage applies to every account to keep the service fair.

06. Your data and privacy

The application runs in your browser and on the operator's server. What is processed:

• Frames of the shared poker window are sent from your browser to the operator's server, where the table is read. They are processed and not kept.
• Your hand history, player profiles, notes, aliases and settings are stored under your login on the operator's server, so you get them from any computer. They are shown to nobody else and are deleted when your account is deleted.
• Account records: your username, a hashed password, sign-in times, and daily usage counts.
• This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics script. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the hero video from YouTube; those providers see the technical details of the request under their own policies.

07. Marketing claims

"World's first" describes, to the operator's knowledge, the first real-time assistant to combine a solver baseline with per-opponent Bayesian modelling and large-language-model reasoning live at the table. Interface examples on the website are illustrative reads from real sessions, not a promise of results.

08. Changes

These terms may change. The application asks you to accept a new version before the coach starts again, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
